Taking care of handling and delivering the order for the customer, billing, possible contacting of the customer, regarding the order, sending critical information for the customer and marketing, but only in the case that the customer has given consent for marketing.

When paying through Paytrail, it collects the IP address, payment method and time and date of payment.

When the delivery is performed by Posti, the customer gives necessary contact and payment information directly for Posti, and Posti contractual terms shall apply on the given information.

Conwe Oy is in marketing collaboration with Adtraction and Tradetracker. This enables us to reward web pages, for example bloggers, for the amount of sales made through them. The only personal data that Conwe Oy shares with Adtraction and Tradetracker are the order number and the price of the order.

The consumer contacting our customer service via mobile phone, e-mail, chat, Facebook or the feedback form (this information is not written down to our register, but they will be saved at the server of the service providers).

7. Recipients of Personal Data

At Conwe Oy ( the personal data is processed by our staff who takes care of the order and is responsible for the register. Address and contact data is handled also Verkkologistiikka (Weblog Finland Oy) personnels who are taking care of our logistics.

8. Transferring of the Data Outside of the EU or ETA

Conwe Oy webstore and finance administrating systems are located in Finland in the servers of trustworthy service providers.

In processing of payments and in logistics we collaborate with Paytrail, Posti Group, iZettle, Paypal, MobilePay and Collector. The necessary information given by the customer in regard to the order to said companies shall be treated according to the terms of the said companies. For the necessary contact of customers for customer service purposes we use e-mail provided by Google, a chat provided by Zendesk, Facebook and MailChimp e-mails. Their servers are located either within the EU or in the USA, but in that case, they are privately registered. If you wish to receive more information, please contact us at

All the personal data collected from the customer is solely for the use of Conwe Oy. The personal data is not transferred to other companies, except for the processing mentioned in this privacy policy and this only to the extent necessary for operating the webstore. All transfers are done with high information security.  

9. Protecting of Personal Data

The customer information/client register is kept at the servers of highly trusted service providers located in Finland. Only the staff of Conwe Oy have access to the Personal Data, and all of our staff process the information according to information security standards. Verkkologistikka (Weblog Finland Oy) who is handling our logistic has access to necessary customer contact information. Backups of the register are processed with the same protection standards as the register itself. 

10. Rights of the Data Subject

The data subject has the right to access to their data, to modify the contact information, to restrict the processing of the data and to ask for the erasure of their data. The request for the aforementioned actions can be sent for us and such request will be handled within 5 business days. The customers also have the right to deny marketing and information messages by using the cancel button at the marketing e-mail, or by sending a request for the denial of marketing to us at In both requests we kindly ask you to fill in your name, address, the e-mail address that you used while registering and your phone number. When the request in question is about the erasure of data, the last e-mails will also be deleted once the confirmation message has been sent. 

11. Storing of Information

The information is stored for the duration of the customership. The customership can be ended by announcing it. The personal data required for the customership shall be deleted by the latest 30 days after we have received a request for ending the customership. Ending the customership can be done by sending a request for us at In the message you must include your name, address, phone number and the e-mail used while registering. We will inform the customer by an e-mail once all the personal data has been deleted and the customership ended. We will also delete the latest e-mails after sending the confirmation message. 

Bookkeeping material will be stored for 6 years, as required by the Bookkeeping Act.
