Delivery Time

The delivery time of our products depends on stock, and thus the delivery times vary between 1-14 days. The products that are in stock at our store in Tuusula, can be delivered quickly, in just 1-4 business days. These products can be recognized from the green "in stock" sign. Products that have not been marked in green can also sometimes be delivered quickly, depending on the delivery time of the wholesaler or the producer. We are constantly working on certainty of deliveries and preciseness of the information given about the delivery. Parcel Tracking and Customership

In order for you to track your order, you will be registered as our client after accepting the terms of delivery. The username and password required for keeping track of your order, will be sent to you in the order confirmation. We will separately ask for your consent for marketing purposes, thus becoming our client will not result in any marketing related contacting. If you wish to cancel your customership after the order, please proceed as directed in our privacy policy, and inform us about your wish at info@matkavaruste.fi

Payments 

Payments in our webstore are operated by:

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in collaboration with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient of the payment in your online bank or credit card bill, and will deliver the payment directly to us. Paytrail Oyj is an authorized payment institution. Should there be any inconveniences with the payment, please do not hesitate to be directly in contact with Paytrail.

Online Banks and Card Payments

You may pay your order with all Finnish online banks and most common debit/credit cards. 

PayPal and MobilePay

PayPal and MobilePay can also be used as a method of payment. 

Invoice and Part Payment with Collector 

Collector invoicing and part payment can be used as a payment method for orders up to 5000€.

With the collector invoice you will be entitled to at least 30, but even up to 60 days of interest free* paying time. The payment will be due on the last day of the following month from the purchase. (* The interest is 0%, but the first invoice will include a 2,95€ invoicing fee).

You may pay the whole amount on the due date or, if you so wish, you may choose between a 1-36 months part payment period. The partial payment process will automatically start once you have paid the first minimum partial payment. If you so wish, you may pay more than the required part of the payment or pay the whole remaining amount at once. 

The interest on the part payment is 1,6% per month, which is equal to a 19,2% namely annual interest rate. An account service fee of 2,95€ per month will be added on the invoice. Thus, the annual interest rate for a purchase worth 1000€ is about 21,3%.

When using the Collector invoice or part payment method, you will always receive the purchased products before paying them. This brings safety and flexibility to the ordering process, in case of possible changes and returns.

In order to be able to use Collector invoice and part pay, you must be at least 20 years of age and have clean credit records. The credit records of the buyer will be checked when submitting the order. In case of unpaid or late payments, a 5€ reminder fee and a 1,6% monthly interest for the duration of the delay will be added on the bill.

Purchases Made with our Corporate Invoicing System (Conwe Oy, matkavaruste.fi)

Purchases made with a corporate invoicing system are granted a 14 days payment period. Our company is the creditor of such payments. This method is meant for our corporate customers. The invoice will be delivered either by e-mail or as a web invoice.

Return and Refund Policy

All of our products, except for swimming gear, underwear and hygienic products, can be returned within 14 days. All products that can’t be resold after use, are regarded as hygienic products. Such products are for example pillows and mattresses that are filled by blowing, drinking bottles, uribags, drinking backpacks and other similar products. We regret to inform, that these products cannot be refunded even when unused, unless the seal is untouched. We need to have a way of ensuring that the product has not been used, and we must ensure for our future customers that hygienic products are brand new. If you wish to refund your purchase, the product must be as new, and the packaging intact, so that the product can be sold again. 

Returning of products is free of charge inside Finland, and can be done as a product return to a Smartpost automatic parcel terminal, nearest Posti or a mail box. Cost of product returns outside Finland is covered by customer.

Returning as a letter

If the letter is less than 3cm thick and weighs less than 2kg, it can be returned to the nearest Posti letter box.

2) Bring the letter to the nearest Posti letter box

When refunding, please include your bank’s account number and order number in the package. If you don't have the order number, please include your contact information. All refunds will be handled within 7 days of receival. 

If you are unsure whether the product can be refunded or not, please send an enquiry to us at info@matkavaruste.fi before returning the product. If the returned product is not in refundable condition or otherwise not entitled for a refund, we will collect the return cost of 8€ and a new delivery fee of 7,9€ from the sender. The returns may only be made through Posti services as customer returns. We will deduct return expenses exceeding 8€ from returns made by other means.

In case that the total order sum exceeds 100€ and the returned products worth will be less than that, we will collect a delivery fee of 7,90€. This will directly be deducted from the refund. 

Reclamations can be sent to info@matkavaruste.fi, and they will be handled within 5 business days. These products must not be returned before receiving a confirmation from us. 

Warranty

The warranty period varies depending on the brands. For getting more detailed information on the exact warranty period of a certain product, please contact our customer service at info@matkavaruste.fi or via telephone at 045 121 3450.

Using of Contact Information for Marketing Purposes

We send information e-mails to our clients up to a maximum of 12 times a year. This information e-mail can be ordered while making the purchase. If you later wish to cancel such a letter, you may do so via the link found in the e-mail or by sending a request directly to info@matkavaruste.fi.
