Temperature rate of the sleeping bag as shown according to EN 13537 test doesn't take into consideration that teenagers and kids differ in their perception of cold from adults. That's why we recommend adding 3-4C to the sleeping bag temperature rates when choosing the sleeping bag for teenagers.
This sleeping bag has outer fabric bottom of Polyester 190T Diamond RipStop PU 250 mm H2O, outer fabric top of Polyester 190T, inner fabric of the sleeping bag of Polyester 190T and inner fabric of the hood of Soft MicroPolyester 300T Diamond RipStop. With the weight of 1,6 kg the Mountain Scout has the filling that is formed into blocks, which are moved from one another for length of half of the block, this stop the cold air from getting through the stitches.
